The Shear Tables are handcrafted side tables made from locally sourced spalted silver maple, salvaged from a 2021 tree removal. Each piece features a distinctive sheared profile, shaped by following the original chainsaw cuts from the arborist. A minimalist blackened steel base complements the natural woodgrain, creating a refined, modern accent table perfect for contemporary interiors.

The Shear Tables are a limited-edition series of side tables crafted from spalted silver maple, salvaged from a tree removed from Justin’s backyard in 2021. Each form is uniquely shaped by planing along the original chainsaw paths left by the arborist, preserving a raw memory of the tree’s felling. A minimal blackened steel frame supports the wooden top, offering quiet contrast that highlights the richness of the grain and the sculptural clarity of the form.
