Iso Tables
Table Design
Made up of bent steel rod and modular Corian solid surface tiles, the table is as much a three-dimensional drawing as it is a functional piece of furniture. Beginning with a grid system, Justin Bailey found vertical leverage in the angles that pull the table in 15 degree tilts in two directions, giving the Iso Table it’s signature italic movement. The heavy black lines are reminiscent of bold ink lines used in drafting and the grid of the top likened to an architectural plan (with coasters instead of closets).
The Iso Table received a MetropolisLikes award from Metropolis Magazine during NYCxDesign 2017 where it was featured in Wanted Design's Launchpad
