A little Sputnik, a little disco, The Crenellated Lamp uses a steel interior structure to support both a light fixture and acrylic panels. The panels incorporate a facetious use of finger joints to create a cohesive solid volume and curved silhouette, as well as a contrasting visual overlap through the film finish's unique color properties.

A coffee table inspired by isometric drafting. The Iso Table uses an italic movement that plays on line and optical illusion. The grid on both the top and a lower sections fits a variety of Corian solid surface units that can be used as functional surfaces in a variety of arrangements. Just as the wireform is inspired by isometric drafting, the top surface and it’s pieces find their inspiration in top view drawings of interior spaces. The Iso Table is durable enough to serve both indoors and outdoors.

Lucid Side Table
The petite End Table draws its long lines and subtle curves from stretched and flowing notes of music. Curves in profile of the legs extend into the smooth formed surface of the acrylic stone drawer fronts, creating lips for ergonomic handles.
Beginning as an exploration of surfaces and lines this coffee table quickly became a study in applying an exaggerated kerf-type bend to solid wood board. As it developed, the Kerf Table took notes from plane wings to create a surface that stretches the expanse of a sofa for a functional coffee table, but still provides an openness to the overall space of the interior.

Stemming from a concept interior design for The Airliner, a local restaurant, this chair prototype maintains the theme of the space, intending to be lightweight and created using a framework structure reminiscent to the aesthetic of early planes. The chair is also collapsible for easy shipping and storage.
The side profiles are a sandwich of powder coated steel and plywood. A canvas covering stretches between the two profiles to create the seat and back.
